Selected Consultancy Assignments
- Baseline Survey for villages of Gujarat in association with International Finance Corporation, as Short Term Temporary Consultant with the World Bank (2005–2006).
- Strategic Plan and Action Plan for the SEWA Trade Facilitation Centre (trade wing of the Self Employed Women’s Association), in association with International Finance Corporation. The plan was successfully implemented (2004).
- Developed the blueprint for Functional Autonomy of the National Sugar Institute, India — one of the premier institutes in the world for Sugar and Allied industry training (2006–2007).
- Designed and developed Strategic HRM Systems and rationalised the Promotion Policy for the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udaan Academy (IGRUA) (2007).
- Restructuring of Metal Handicraft Service Centre, Moradabad, to make it a Centre of Excellence — Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
- Manpower Evaluation of UP State Transport Corporation, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
- Strategic consultancy for state governments in areas of restructuring, Strategic HR Management, and employee development.
